Do women know what they want?
Twenty two female authors may have found out! They share their insights in a newly released book, Life Manual for 21st Century Women.
Men always wonder what women want. Often, women don’t know themselves what they want. Twenty two amazing women from around the world have discovered answers to some of life’s toughest questions and share them in Life Manual for 21st Century Women. The book was designed and compiled by Svetla Bankova.
This manual was created with the intention to help us, our daughters, sisters, girlfriends, wives, and any woman who is looking for guidance, support, solutions, and "what to do" in many aspects in her life. These true stories remind readers of what is important and inspire us to excellence in our own lives.
Several years ago, International author, Svetla Bankova, was facing the same life challenges other woman experience today. Scrambling between career, family, and home and looking for happiness, she lost her way in the crossroads of everyday life.
“I created this book because I truly believe the stories women share will sustain the reader in times of challenge, frustration, and failure and confront in times of confusion, pain, and loss, as it did with me.”, says Svetla Bankova, who holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from West Deusche Akamie in Switzerland.
This publication can become a life long companion by offering continual insights and wisdom in many areas of one’s life. While, it was created from the wisdom of many remarkable women, it speaks to the heart of women everywhere.
The manual was written and stories compiled in just under a year and is the result of over 800 emails and telephone conversations between Svetla and her contributing authors. The end product is a masterpiece for wisdom, character and hope for all women.
One of the featured authors in Life Manual for 21st Century Women is Bonnie Ross-Parker, a.k.a “America’s Connection Diva”.- a multi-dimensional business woman/ entrepreneur with a background in education, franchise development, publishing, mentorship, network marketing, and community development.
“What does someone have to do to create his or her “legacy”? Bonnie asked herself before creating her chapter, What is Your Legacy? She writes, “If you wonder about the worth of your own contribution to the world, you probably can affirm your value as a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, or community volunteer or through your career. Who you are, however, stems from your value system, how you show up in the world and your relationships,” says the former Associate Publisher of Gazette Newspaper/Atlanta. She goes on to share, “The legacies we leave create an immortality that will influence generations to come, long after we are gone and forgotten. What will your legacy be?”
Life Manual for 21st Century Women does not contain ‘just stories’. The chapters are truths lived by the contributing authors. “I truly encourage you to read between the lines because this book contains 100+ years of combined wisdom. The journey crosses boundaries and is ageless. The lessons in each chapter are universal,” says Svetla Bankova.
